Hopkinsville Event/Office Coordinator New wedding venue with bed and breakfast in process of expansion of winery and vineyard is looking for a full-time responsible, organized event and office coordinator.
Responsibilities will include answering phones and emails, gathering details for each event, event set-up and tear-down, event venue tours and sales, customer service, website management and coordination of outside vendors.
Requirements: 4 year bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Communications or minimum 2 -year of similar work in business and marketing plan experience.
Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite experience.
Strong communication skills. Social Media Marketing experience.
