-Provides independent high-level support to meetings and events clients including creative theming, negotiating, sourcing, on site management, and final reconciliation.
-Seeks organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts
-Coaches, leads, directs and mentors junior positions.
-Assists with the development of processes and procesures and keeping the Company on trend.
-Utilizes website build/sourcing software (Cvent).
-Develops event-related aps using Crowd Compass
-Works independently and with team members to achieve various goals and objectives.
Successful candidates will have 10+ years of experience in developing exemplary corporate client events in domestic and international locations. You should be well-versed in desinations and sourcing. Candidates should be able to travel 30-50% of the time and work very well in a team environment. Self-motivated and extemely client-service oriented!
