The City of Dodge City, KS is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Tournament Coordinator. The job duties of this position include soliciting, organizing, coordinating and directing sports tournaments and other event activities for youth and adults. Salary range for this position is $39,540.80 - $57,324.80 annually, DOQ, plus full City benefit package. Position reports to the Director of Parks and Recreation. Position is responsible for promoting, organizing and marketing tournaments and other sports activities, developing sponsorship opportunities; tracking team entries; developing tournament brackets and schedules and scheduling officials; organizing site facilities; establishing and following a program budget, creating a positive event experience for participants and fans, and other duties as assigned.
